个人简介:

熊玉成,男,博士,中共党员,20217月加入东华大学机械工程学院,担任副教授。2013年于华中科技大学能源与动力工程学院获学士学位,2018年于香港中文大学机械与自动化工程系获博士学位,2018-2019年任香港中文大学Research Associate2019-2021年获得香港中文大学 Impact Postdoctoral Fellowship 资助,从事研究工作。主要研究内容包括:微型热电器件,电子器件热管理,微纳米尺度及界面热输运的实验研究和调控。近年来发表SCI期刊文章15篇,其中一作包含ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Materials Today Physics, International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, Nanoscale等。



研究方向:

电子器件热管理,微型热电器件,微纳米尺度及界面的热物性测量和调控
